DEFF11

DEFF11 is a new residential building in a green neighbourhood in Berlin. The volume follows the street line and the height of its neighbours, while a sloping roof and a stepped silhouette adapt it to the surrounding buildings.

The facades are rendered in white and structured by balconies that project towards the trees, giving each apartment a private outdoor space. The building combines a restrained architectural expression with generous, well-lit interiors, contributing to the densification of the city while respecting its green character.
