A house is an intensely personal architectural commission.

Site, landscape, family life, daily routines and budget come together directly within a single project.

We therefore do not begin with a predetermined formal language. Each house is developed from its particular conditions.

Where does the light come from?
Which spaces require proximity and which require distance?
How should the house relate to the garden?
Which spaces can overlap?
Which materials will age well?

From these questions, a spatial structure gradually emerges.

The aim is not a house designed for a photograph, but a house that remains enjoyable to inhabit for many years.
